What are the three buy prices?

The three buy prices are the Margin of Safety (MOS) Price, the Payback Time Price and the 10 Cap Price. Together, they give the Sticker Price, the fair value of the business today. The Margin of Safety (MOS) Price is the estimated buy price of the company, calculated by growing Earnings Per Share for 10 years into the future, estimating the future share price, and discounting that price back to today at 15% per year. The Payback Time Price is the maximum price an investor could pay and still be paid back by the company's free cash flow over the following 8 years. The 10 Cap Price is the price at which the company's owner earnings would give you a 10% annual return.
